Cancellation and refund policy 

 

 

When a participant registers in a course, he/she expresses intent to follow the terms and conditions shown here and also indicates acceptance of refund and cancellation policy as mentioned below.

1. Once a participant registers for an Online Training program, he/she accepts the condition of no possibility of cancellation or refund. In a special case, and this can happen only before the participant being provided access to online Academy, a participant may opt for cancellation of his registration by paying 25% amount as administration fee. Before gaining access to the academy, a participant also has an option without penalty to opt out by providing a subtitute participant against the paid fees. 

2. As and when a participant gains access to Six Sigma Online Academy, the possibility of any cancellation and refund is eliminated. 

3. Postponement (by participant) due to any reason needs to be communicated at least 3 days in advance. Change in batch also requires a similar advance intimation. A participant can opt for change in batch only once after registration. 

4. None of our programs are cancelled or postponed. In a rare case, if our company cancels or postpones any of its programs, participants have an option to request for 100% refund. However, no interest will be paid on the deposited amount.
